Exposure Photography

How does your artwork express an idea, feeling or personal meaning?

I think there were feelings and tones I wanted to bring out through these photos that came spontaneously in passing moments. The theme of light is unintentional but prevalent in these photos. I would be walking or staring or glancing and something intriguing would catch my eye like the streak of light shone and sprawled on hardwood floor, the light shimmering and piercing through the trees and leaves, crashing against dust and October pollen, even the mystical feeling of the nature in some of these photos as it sprawls and infests the shrubbery clashing and colliding with each other and spreading across the walls and fence. I think I enjoyed interplaying illuminating beauty and sprawling infestation in nature, it feels very romanticist showing the two sides of nature. There is also a sense of loneliness and isolation in some of these photos which I think brings a dark sadness or feeling of loss. Overall it was just playing with all these feelings/moods/tones that I felt initially, and trying to really bring those feelings out.
